This Vermentino, one of the masterpieces of Piero Mancini, has been created to celebrate the Gallura allure.
Vermentino di Gallura DOCG vinified in white with fermentation at 18°C. To the eyes we notice feeble greenish hues on a classic straw-yellow colour. At first sip there can be perceived aromatic herbs that leave room to fruity nuances. Balanced and drinkable to the taste. Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, steamed crustaceans, fresh cheeses, sushi and sashimi.
