The purchases with request for “In-Store Pick-Up” can be made immediately from the conclusion of the order at the opening hours indicated on our site to the section "RETAIL SHOP". In any case, as soon as the order is ready, we will send an email to inform that the purchased goods are ready to be picked up.

With this type of service, the collection can be made from Monday to Saturday and from mid-November and until 31 December, seven days a week.

As for the delivery of orders with destination address that includes the provinces of Milan, Lodi, Monza-Brianza, Como, Varese and Novara, by agreement with the Customer, can be made within 24 hours from the conclusion of the order by means and own personnel, made from Monday to Saturday and from mid-November and until 31 December, seven days a week.

The delivery of your order placed through the online shop

For domestic and international orders, parcels are usually sent within one to two working days of receipt of the order and payment.

As for shipments throughout Italy, orders where there are items that must stay at a controlled temperature and for this reason must travel by refrigerated truck, the weekly days of departure from our warehouse are Monday, on Wednesdays and Fridays.

While, for orders received after 12 am on Friday and on Saturday, including Sundays and holidays, where the indicated destination includes the rest of the national territory, will be processed on the first following business day.

As for shipments in the rest of Europe, even if we are fresh products, the departures are, instead, daily and will travel with Corriere Espresso and not refrigerated trucks.

Of course, the fresh products will be placed inside a box with the insertion of dry ice, which allows you to maintain the correct temperature for three/four days.

The methods of shipments to be made outside the European continent must be agreed with our Customer Service, by sending an email to the address spedizioni@lasardegna1930.it

Any shipments to be made outside the European continent, at the moment, are to be agreed with our Customer Service Office in order to evaluate the possibility of delivery, often reduced because of the many restrictions that different nations impose.

As for deliveries to non-European countries, possible custom duties are to be borne by the User and are to be paid at the moment of the delivery of the purchased goods, directly to the courier.

We suggest grouping your items in a single order, taking advantage of the bracket of weight assigned to you at the checkout based on the products you choose. It is not possible to group two different orders made separately, therefore, you will be charged of the shipping cost for each order. Your order will be shipped at your sole risk, hence, in case of eventual damages occurred during transport, thus caused by a third party, we do not hold ourselves accountable in case of eventual requests of compensation.
