De Chelu in the Sardinian language means "from the sky". This very creamy liqueur produced by the De Chelu company, it is a delicacy because it can be savoured fresh during the summer and warm during winter.

The strong softness of this liqueur enhances its delicious, enveloping and persistent taste in the mouth. It is obtained from the correct blend of fresh milk, sugar, yolks and DOC Marsala liqueur, carefully selected for their excellent quality. During the winter months, it is to be served warm by adding coffee or whipped cream and cocoa. It will become a dessert. During the summer months, serve it frozen or use it as an ice cream topping. Ideal also as Bombardino liqueur.

Serving temperature between 2°C and 4°C. It is suggested to mix it well before serving.
