Savoury durum wheat semolina pasta, the Lorighittas are made one by one, following the ancient traditions. From the Sardinian dialect “loriga”, that means ear, this word comes from the Sardinian jewellery crafting; from here, the pasta takes the shape of the typical earring that the women of the island put on with the traditional Sardinian costume.
