Oil classified as extra virgin olive oil, produced via mechanical and physical only procedures in order to not alter the organoleptic characteristics. From olives matured in late Autumn such as Bosana, Frantoio, Leccino, Seminada, Coratina. Cold pressed and continuous cycle extracted. A clear oil, with a mature olive scent, with a taste balanced between bitter and spicy notes. Ideal for sea appetizers, shellfishes, fresh cheese, vegetable purees and fried vegetables.
