An ancient recipe, made with water, salt, oil, parsley, garlic and vinegar, typical of the Sardinian tradition. The olives preserved with the Scabecciu method maintain a distinct scent of fresh olives, meaty to the palate. These olives can be served as an appetizer, as an aperitif or to be used to enrich first and second courses with its intense flavour, they are considered “the classic flavour of Sardinia”.
