Tanca Farra` Algero Rosso Doc 13,5% 75cl Sella & Mosca

Tanca Farrà DOC, a wine with a ruby red colour, with a rich, strong and enveloping perfume. To the nose it opens with a harmony of mature red fruits, sour black cherries and a light recall of Mediterranean shrub, enhanced by elegant spicy notes that recall pink pepper, liquorice and cocoa. Full-bodied and proud, here we perceive all the strength of the ferrous and clayish terrain in which it is cultivated. In the mouth it is balanced and harmonic thanks to a soft and sophisticated tannin and a delicate vanilla-flavoured aftertaste. Ideal to be drunk during the meal, maybe paired with savoury dishes, play, roasted meats, cold cuts and typical Sardinian cheeses.
