Buio Carignano del Sulcis Doc 13% 75cl Mesa

Carignano del Sulcis with Denomination of Controlled Origin, it is a guarantee of deliciousness and for this very reason it is part of the “Linea Desiderio” (Desire Line). This wine has a characteristic ruby red colour consisting of bright and shimmering hues, at the nose one may perceive recalls of mature red fruits, herbs from the Mediterranean shrub and spicy notes. Its taste is able to express aristocracy and richness even though it is a fairly young wine, agile and generous, iodine and meaty, it expresses itself with biting tannins but not aggressive, that supported by an underground sapidity give a push to balsamic and fruity notes. It goes well with tune and red roasted meats, play and Fiore Sardo pecorino cheese.
