Carignano del Sulcis Riserva with Denomination of Controlled Origin, it is a guarantee of deliciousness and for this very reason it is part of the “Linea Sogno” (Dream Line). This wine has a characteristic ruby red colour consisting of bright and shimmering hues; it impacts has a winged trajectory, where the aromatic complexity and the richness of the wine gradually unveil themselves beginning from notes of flowers ad red fruits, and then open themselves to balsamic tonalities of Mediterranean shrub and spices that are reminiscent of the East. Its taste is rich, full-bodied and satisfying in the mouth, it is characterised by a silky and stratified weave that has been made fast paced by the speckled freshness, with an underground sapid vein and a fierce yet resolute tannin, everything is then projected in a long and immersive finale of wild berries and officinal herbs. During the meal it goes well with play second courses, lamb or goat meat, mature cheeses.
