Awarded wine obtained from Cannonau grapes in purity, it is one oof the great classics of Cantina Dorgali, high-quality and refined.

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, aged in big French durmast barrels and later in concrete tanks. It has a ruby red colour to the eyes and it has purplish hues. To the nose it is dry and fresh, pleasantly soft with rounded and balanced tannins, with a long persistence. To the palate it is pleasantly persistent and intense, with an ample bouquet of mineral notes slightly vanilla-flavoured and of mature fruit. Ideal to be consumed with savoury first courses, white and red grilled meats, semi-mature cheeses.
