In some areas of Central Sardinia, the wooden part of the grape bunches from which it comes the nourishment for the grapes, is called “tonaghe”. The bunches of Cannonau grapes colour of a ruby red colour a toast at sunset, make every moment worthy of being celebrated. Its scent is the intense one of the wild blackberries, the full and structured taste of Cannonau grapes. As every good red wine, it goes well with red meats and semi-matured red cheeses.
