Cannonau di Sardegna with Denomination of Controlled Origin Riserva. In the glass it has an intense rubyred colour with elegant maroon hues; its perfume is elegant and intense to the nose, with a pleasant recall of red fruits, spices and Mediterranean herbs. It is warm, rounded, with a good structure and good balance in the mouth. Ideal to accompany structured first and second courses, both of the Sardinian tradition and not, savoury meat and vegetable dishes and semi-mature and mature cheeses.
