This rosé wine is called Segolaj, its name comes from a vanished village that was built on the Saint Miariedda hill. Its perfume is fruity and delicate, with a soft and just as delicate taste. It goes very well with both seafood cuisine and lean meats, risottos and sweet cheeses.
