Dimonios Cannonau Riserva Doc 14% 150cl Sella & Mosca

The name Dimonios comes from the anthem of Brigata Sassari. Founded in 1915, it is the only unit of the Italian Army Forces to be composed of soldiers coming from the same region: Sardinia. Also because of this, the wine is obtained from Cannonau grapes in purity, harvested in the Southeast of the Island and other little parcels believed to be the most suitable. To the eyes it has a ruby red colour, it perfumes are an anthem to the Mediterranean Shrub and its thousands aromatic variants: from myrtle to rosemary, from spring flowers to resins. To the palate the little red fruits blend a creamy and enveloping fruit, rich in undertones and in perfect balance between the earthy and the marine soul. Its spiced and warm finale encourages you to keep drinking and to keep enjoying its aromatic taste. Ideal to be drunk during the meal, maybe paired with roasted or grilled meats, but also with Sardinian cold cuts and cheese appetizers. In the magnum version it comes with its original wooden box.
