Its taste highlights herbaceous and citrusy delicacy. Its body, semi-sweet, is given by the vegetables such as dill, fennel, liquorice and anise; its bitter notes are given by the maceration of juniper leaves; its finale is rounded thanks to the angelica, both from its seeds and its roots; it closes on fresh notes of thyme, lemon balm, sage and mint. Ideal to be savoured with tonic water.
