A determined and refined Vermouth. The Nuragus wine matures for two years in steel barrels, then some spontaneus Sardinian local herbs such as helichrysum, myrtle, sage, thyme and mugwort are left in infusion for thirty days. The amber yellowish colour, intense, thickand clear is accompained by a strongly aromatic scent capable of recalling honey notes, nutes, cinchona and spices. its taste is sweet and fresh, velvety and enveloping. It has dried fig, date and almond recalls that slip in an extremely balanced finale.
