From Vernaccia wine, maybe the most famous between Sardinian wines. Silvio Carta has been a trailblazer to the cultivation and the production of Vernaccia since the 50s. We are welcomed by an amber colour to the eyes; to the nose we perceive the typical perfume characterised by intense almond notes and a soft and enveloping taste with a bitter finale. Ideal to accompany traditional Sardinian almond sweets, also to be savoured with spicy cheeses or croutons with bottarga.
